Hands On Hygiene

Bring your hygienists and their families up to lakes country for one final summer getaway at the beautiful Chase On The Lake Resort in Walker MN! Registration payment includes dentist and 1 hygienist. Each additional hygienist is $399/ea.

Course Goals:

-Become familiar with ultrasonic, laser, and curette techniques

-Understand indications and outcomes of scaling and root planning and non-surgical therapies

-Identify various stages of periodontal and peri-implant disease

-Develop predictable treatment protocols and understand expected outcomes.

-Understand the limitations of varying periodontal and peri-implant therapy and when surgical intervention is indicated

Symposium Information

• Two 3-hour morning lectures covering periodontal and peri-implant therapy
• Section 1 hands-on section will focus on sub gingival debridement and instrument adaptation.
• Section 2 Hands-on section will cover Laser Assisted therapy discussing adaptation and varying protocols
