The content development will a sequenced approach to build foundations of surgical\nexcellence. The foundation will be predictable therapy with low complication risk. Case specific therapy will be emphasized. \nWe will begin with patient and case evaluations to learn to identify case specific risk factors and complication profiles. These analyses will be used to develop perfectible case specific treatment protocols. Surgical foundations will be reviewed in detail to ensure proper flap management and suturing techniques to reduce iatrogenic surgical error. \nStep-by-step surgical algorithms will be developed for successful care. Protocols will allow for surgical planning and preparation. Surgical algorithms will be case specific based on pre-surgical and surgical findings. Case specific risk factors for adverse outcomes will be reviewed and adjusted for to predictably provide favorable outcomes. Case evaluations and surgical algorithms will focus anatomical and pathological evaluations. This will allow for better understanding of case specific profiles to allow for case selection and identification of surgical limitations based on surgical experience. These evaluations will focus on soft and hard tissue dimensions and case types. \nImplant therapy will be site specific beginning with healed ridges and progressing to immediate insertions and simultaneous insertions with augmentation. We will review indications for simultaneous hard and soft tissue augmentation with implant replacement. Predictable case selection will be developed as part of the assessment and surgical protocols. We will work to develop case selection protocols to reduce complications and adverse outcomes. \nArmamentariums will be reviewed to ensure easy of implementations. Surgical supplies will be discussed in depth to ensure an understand of materials and their effect on clinical outcomes. Specific discussions will focus on bone\, membrane\, suture\, and biologic materials. This will focus on indications and limitations of the various available supplies and materials. \nCourse Outline: \n\n5 – 1.5 hour online webinars every 2 weeks\n1 hour in office review of models\, surgical kits\, and your treatment plans\n6 hours of surgery with YOUR patients and YOUR selected cases\n\nDidactic Outlines:\nDay 1: Patient Evaluation & Case Selection with Armamentarium\nDay 2: Flap Design & Suturing Techniques with Biomaterial Background\nDay 3: Socket Management Protocol Development\nDay 4: GBR for Short Span Segments\nDay 5: Soft Tissue Augmentation\nDay 6: Implant Insertion \nSurgical Outline: \n 1-Day In Office\nPatient Recommendations:\nPatient 1: Anterior Tooth with Thin Phenotype or Missing Facial Plate\nPatient 2: Posterior GBR For Horizontal Bone Loss\nPatient 3: Immediate Anterior Implant with Intact Facial Wall\nPatient 4: Full Implant Containment with Less than 2 mm Facial Bone\nPatient 5: Doctor Choice \nThis course would be fantastic in tandem with one of our in person courses\, like St. Paul\, Montana\, or Vail\, to provide a great starting 1-2 punch to get you prepared for success in your practice!! \n\n	Notice: JavaScript is required for this content.
