DESCRIPTION:Teaching\, training\, and retaining talent is crucial to any business long term. The best part of the course is that you will NOT have to lose production in sending your staff to training away from the office.\n\nCOURSE INFO:\nThis course will cover non surgical periodontal therapy via both hands on and lecture components. The lecture will build a foundation for treatment planning and basic understanding of hygiene instrumentation followed by an in office hands on section covering ultrasonic and curette techniques and instrumentation.\n\nLECTURE INFORMATION:\n1. 5 – 1.5 lectures covering non surgical periodontal therapy.\n2. Periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning review.\n3. Instrumentation components will focus on the appropriate non surgical technique.\n4. The lecture series will be based on zoom. It will precede the in office hands on component.\n\nHANDS ON:\n1. Focused on sub gingival debridement and instrument adaptation.\n2. Scheduled for a friday in the office. There will be an in office live review using models and instruments right away in the am or the evening prior.\n3. Live scaling and root planing patients can be scheduled depending on office preference.\n\nCOURSE GOALS:\n1. Become familiar with ultrasonic and curette techniques.\n2. Understand the indications and outcomes of scaling and root planing.\n3.
